Why do sexy and hot women date complete idiots? My best friend is very attractive, but she only dates guys that are dumber than bricks. They often have crappy jobs, and no future, and some of them aren’t even all that much to look at.
I have talked to her about it, but she doesn’t seem to understand what I’m saying. Please, what’s going on here?
You almost answered your own questions — failing to understand has to do with intelligence. The simple fact is that your friend would feel even more stupid around intelligent men. Her dating men that can’t even wipe properly, helps her feel a little bit better about herself.
In fact, most women feel intimidated by intelligent men, because in comparison they will always look like bimbos, with extremely poor cognitive skills (often in par with well-trained chimpanzees).
It takes a strong woman to date an intelligent man — one who is willing to learn and grow. Most importantly she needs to accept and resign to the fact that her man will always be a step ahead of her… and as we know, this is not easy for a woman to accept.
