I like this girl at school and have told her so, but she doesn’t want to have anything to do with me. How do I get this girl to stop ignoring me?
Females love stalkers and threats of physical violence. They also enjoy being publicly embarrassed and humiliated, so you have to be willing to take her down a peg or two!

They only way you will get anywhere is to be the best you can be and hopefully she will notice you. Stay “visible” and on her “radar”. However, this doesn’t mean that you should approach her every godamned day, like a mangy and hungry puppy. Moving in the same circles without being in her face is the way to go.
She has already shot you down once — don’t let it happen again! Number two would probably be the nail in the coffin.
Go for one of her closest girlfriends if you know what you are doing… If you get her best friend to sing your praises — everyone will know. Especially if you know gourmet cooking, play the guitar and are hung like a donkey.
